A family apartment in the Panorama residential complex is one of our brightest projects.

We fell in love with this space as soon as we entered it. A two-level apartment of 220.91 square meters, luxury residence, sea and beach views – this is literally the dream of every designer. Working with such a space is interesting, but at the same time difficult: it requires complete dedication and the highest skill.

 

 

What does the project include?

The client expressed the following wishes. From a spacious studio apartment, it is necessary to create a modern two-level apartment, where the sea view is a significant part of the interior concept.

We started with a design project. To begin with, we have identified several zones:

1. cabinet;
2. terrace;
3. wardrobe;
4. children’s room;
5. spacious kitchen;
6. просторная кухня;
7. living room with sea view;
8. stairs to the private part of the apartment.

We offered several layout options to our clients and, based on the project they liked, continued to work with the design.

The team created a modern unobtrusive design that will be relevant even after years. It contains all the modern technical solutions that make life more convenient: hidden doors, magnetic lighting systems, silent ventilation and much more. As the main color, we chose coffee with milk – a soft shade that attracts attention, but does not bother. The coffee tone of the walls is diluted with bright decor items: vases, illuminated designer panels, etc. All this creates a feeling of peace and comfort.

After the approval of the design project, we developed technical documentation and started purchasing and fit out. Our team completed all the tasks. And after completing the project just in time, we were glad to hear the gratitude of our clients.
