This comfortable spacious apartment of 149.4 square meters is located in one of the elite residential complexes in Dubai.

Clients called us with a request to create a design project and just plan the space, but later we found out that this was not enough. It was necessary to create a detailed technical plan for plumbing, electrical, and other communications. It was also necessary to describe in detail the materials for finishing walls, floors and ceilings, and consider the arrangement of furniture. And then, after getting permission, we had to bring the idea to life.

 

 

What does the project include?

Our task was to create a bright space, without superfluous details. In the future, the clients themselves intended to fill the apartment with content: furniture, textiles and decor items. They needed a versatile yet stylish and unique foundation that they could use as a base for their oeuvre.

We were to:

1. think over walls, doors, ceilings, floors and windows;
2. decide what the common space should look like;
3. work on zoning.

But at the same time, there was no need for specific furniture or a specific decor – only design was needed.

As a result of reflection, we decided that the classic style best suits the goals. As a basis, we took warm beige and cream shades that echo each other throughout the apartment. The interior looks good with stone floors, walls with warm finishes, white ceiling, paneled cabinets and doors, oriental dividing walls. All these details are subtly combined with each other, creating a harmonious concept. Next, we developed a detailed and understandable technical project and, having approved it, proceeded to fit out. Due to the precise detailing of the project and the high qualification of the employees, the tasks were completed quickly and efficiently, and the clients were satisfied with the result.
