Is it possible to make a one-room apartment spacious and functional? We are sure yes. And here is a great example of such a solution.
This apartment was bought by our client as an investment property. In the future, our client planned to sell it, and in order to attract the attention of buyers and increase the value, he planned a good fit out. The apartment should look presentable, elegant and expensive enough, but the design should not be too “unambiguous”. After all, the future owners would certainly want to change the interior for themselves. We had to cope with such a difficult task.
Our team had to:
To begin with, we divided the area into functional areas: a hall, a bedroom, and a kitchen-lounge. We designed all these zones and the apartment as a whole in a modern classical style, based on warm and light colors. This style and these shades, according to our observations, are equally close to buyers of any age – and this increased the chances of a quick sale.
After discussing the project with the client, we developed and approved the technical documentation, and then proceeded to fit out.
Inexpensive, but high-quality materials were used for decoration. For example, we used wallpaper for the walls, and plasterboard for the ceilings. For lighting, central chandeliers were mainly chosen (spot lighting was installed in some areas). Niches for curtains and cornices were an important element of the interior. The result is a stylish and versatile apartment, ready for a profitable sale and a comfortable life.
