This is one of our most impressive projects – elegant, aristocratic, designed in the spirit of English classics. Noble luxury is felt here in everything: from the largest pieces of furniture to the smallest hidden lamps.

The design of this spacious apartment with an area of ​​about 150 square meters was created for clients who highly value their position in society and comfort. And we did our best to emphasize the high status of the owners of the house.

 

 

What does the project include?

Since the area of ​​the apartment was quite large, we were able to divide it into many zones – zones necessary for a comfortable life and, most importantly, very spacious. The apartment had:

1. hall;
2. bedroom;
3. laundry room;
4. loggia-terrace;
5. children’s room;
6. shower and bath;
7. separate bathroom;
8. kitchen-living room.

Exclusive premium materials were used for renovation and decoration. To appreciate the high level of work, just look at the bathrooms. In the design was used the author’s handmade panel. It is worth noting here that laying tiles in any bathroom is always a difficult task that requires attention and scrupulousness. However, this panel can rightly be considered unique, because it was created according to a one-of-a-kind project, and there are no analogues or even copies anywhere in the world.

Of course, in decorating the entire interior, we also used high-class elements: gypsum skirting boards and moldings, English lamps from a famous brand, brass fittings, custom-made furniture. At the same time, it is important to note that all design elements are not just beautiful – they are extremely convenient and practical. In such an apartment it is really cozy, like at home. Here you always feel like yourself, here you can relax, enjoy the tranquility and live your best life.
